Senior Accounts Executive – Financial Reporting

Nawaloka Hospitals PLC, one of Sri Lanka's leading healthcare institutions, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accounts Executive – Financial Reporting to join our Finance Department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure financial reporting is in compliance with LKAS/SLFRS and statutory requirements.
- Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide insights to support management decision making.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit queries.
- Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for financial reporting.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka / CIMA / ACCA.
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in financial reporting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare industry.
- Good knowledge of LKAS/SLFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
- Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting systems.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
