We are currently looking for highly motivated and IT savvy individuals to join our team and contribute to uninterrupted service and technical improvement. You’ll have the opportunity to shadow experienced professionals, learn on the job, and participate in our in house technical training while gaining exposure to world class remote management tools in an ISO 20000 certified environment using ITIL best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree, HND, or relevant certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, etc. will be an advantage.
- 6 – 12 months of experience in an IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, or IT Support environment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues for clients.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with patience and clear communication.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, to deal with international clients.
- Document support interactions and follow up actions.
- Experience in IT systems or network support will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in UK/US shifts.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote/Work from Home environment.
