REVENUE & MARGIN ANALYST (FINANCE & OPERATIONS)
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue & Margin Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the financial health of the business by monitoring margins, verifying transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records.
You will work closely with operations and sales teams to ensure all revenue-related activities are properly tracked, compliant, and aligned with company targets.
Description of Services
- Monitor product and overall business margins to ensure minimum margin requirements are consistently met
- Identify margin gaps, pricing issues, or cost discrepancies and provide actionable insights
- Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy and proper documentation
- Organize and maintain invoice records in a structured and accessible manner
- Record and track cash movements accurately within the ERP system
- Support day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including transaction recording and reconciliation
- Assist in financial reporting related to revenue, margins, and operational performance
- Work closely with internal teams to improve financial processes and controls
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of margin analysis, cost structures, and revenue tracking
- Experience with ERP systems and bookkeeping processes
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies and solve problems
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for financial analysis
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
