Previous reservation agent or customer support experience is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound customer calls for flight reservations, amendments, and cancellations.
- Assist customers in English or German or Dutch or Italian or Japanese or Mandarin or Cantonese while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Promote and upsell travel-related products and services.
- Process bookings accurately through multiple communication channels (voice, chat, and email).
- Achieve sales and quality performance targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in German or Dutch or Italian or Japanese or Mandarin or Cantonese, as well as English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service, reservations, travel, hospitality, retail, or sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
