Senior Process Associate – Finance & Accounting A2R

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting in Fixed assets
- Completed or following a Finance/Accounting degree or a partly or fully qualified in CA / ACCA / CIMA / CMA / AAT, CPA.
- Experience in Property Management or Construction industry is an advantage.
- Prior experience working with foreign clients is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge in fixed assets, depreciations, internal and external audits, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficient in MS Excel with excellent analytical skills.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership and Interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Asset Capitalization process with a strong understanding of capitalization rules
- Maintain and monitor the Fixed Asset Register ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Record, track, and account for asset additions, disposals, and transfers
- Calculate and review depreciation in line with accounting standards
- Perform asset-related reconciliations and reporting
- Prepare schedules and documentation to support internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
