Job Profile
- Overall supervision of the electrical engineering aspects of the project to achieve stipulated project targets, deadlines, quality standards, and cost objectives.
- Inspection and review of coordinated electrical drawings, construction workmanship, installation methodologies, and electrical systems to ensure compliance with relevant standards, specifications, and industry norms.
- Ensuring compatibility and coordination of electrical services with structural, architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and other project disciplines by reviewing and coordinating relevant designs.
- Coordinating with all project stakeholders, including electrical contractors, MEP consultants, contractors, and other consultants, to ensure the timely and effective execution of electrical works in line with the overall project objectives.
Personal Profile
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with more than 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in the discipline of building services covering electrical installation systems including power distribution, emergency systems, vertical transportation, lighting and control, ELV & ICT systems would be a prerequisite.
- Proficiency in handling AUTOCAD and various other software packages relevant to project planning, designing and project management.
