EXECUTIVE VEHICLE BODY REPAIR AND PAINT SHOP
DPMC WORKSHOP DAMBULLA
David Pieris Motor Company (Private) Limited, the largest automotive company in Sri Lanka is seeking dynamic and energetic individuals to join the DPMC Workshop network; their vehicle service, repair and maintenance division. Located islandwide they are known for utilising advanced technology and equipment to provide personalized services according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overlook the operation including manpower and resource allocation
- Attend customer inquires promptly and conduct effective vehicle inspection
- Increase sectional income and productivity through outstanding service for customers.
- Organise and conduct essential promotional activities to generate the required volume of business.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or equivalent Professional Qualification in Automobile Engineering /Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
- More than 5 years’ experience in the automobile field including two years in a supervisory role.
- Previous experience in accident repair and Body painting is compulsory.
- A thorough understanding on automotive technology, service and repairs, equipment technology.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel/MS Word/MS PowerPoint).
- Excellent Interpersonal skills coupled with verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala & English.
