Team Lead - Financial Services
Responsibilities
- Complete Accounts Payable function of the operations including processes such as Invoice Processing, Payment Processing, Reconciliations (Credit Card and Supplier), Aged Trade Creditor Analysis etc.
- ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP and reporting tools Tableau, Power BI will be utilized.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and audit requirements.
Qualifications
- A person that possesses a Bachelor's degree or Professional Qualification in related field from a recognized Institute.
- More than 2 years of relevant experience in an Accounts Payable environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- A person that has strong client management skills.
- Previous exposure with foreign clients/stakeholders is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in the Hospitality Industry will also be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage SLAs and timelines.
- Willingness to work for the UK Time (12:30 - 9:30 PM) and Calendar.
