Job Profile
- Identifying the pre-selected direct supply materials and assisting the Procurement Engineer in preparing the civil and architectural procurement schedule.
- Assisting the Procurement Manager with technical civil and architectural input and shortlisting suitable suppliers.
- Liaising with the project team to ensure that the required quantities are maintained at site.
- Carrying out inspections upon receipt of goods to ensure that specifications are met.
Personal Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in procurement or site-based material management.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and procurement processes.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
