SERVICE RELATIONSHIP OFFICER

You should ideally:
- have at least 4 years' experience in Commercial Banking
- have exposure to branch operations and credit-related activities
- have experience supporting Relationship Managers and customer portfolios
- have exposure to high-net-worth customer servicing
- be customer-focused, professional, and confident
- be capable of building strong client relationships
- possess sound knowledge of banking products, services, and operations
- possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- possess good organizational and multitasking abilities
- possess proficiency in MS Office applications and banking systems
You will be mainly responsible for:
- providing comprehensive sales and administrative support to Relationship Managers in managing customer portfolios, ensuring the timely execution of customer requests, documentation, and service-related activities
- coordinating and following up on customer transactions, account maintenance, credit-related documentation, and operational requirements to ensure seamless service delivery
- serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer servicing needs, delivering prompt, professional, and high-quality support while maintaining strong customer relationships
- working closely with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient onboarding, account reviews, product implementation, and the resolution of customer queries
- maintaining thorough follow-up on service requests to ensure timely completion within agreed service standards
- identifying opportunities to deepen customer relationships by supporting cross-selling and upselling initiatives in line with customer needs and the Bank's business objectives
- maintaining accurate customer records and management information, ensuring all documentation is complete, up to date, and compliant with Bank policies and regulatory requirements
- delivering a superior customer experience by consistently providing professional, responsive, and customer-centric service to all clients, including high-net-worth and commercial banking customers
