Technician (Horana)
The Job:
We are looking for a skilled Technician to support garment production and ensure smooth technical operations while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Handle machine and technical issues in the production floor.
- Carry out regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ensure machines are properly set and maintained for production.
- Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Technician in apparel manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of industrial sewing machines and equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Good teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
