Executive - Industrial Engineering (Wattala)
The Job:
We are looking for a skilled IE Executive with experience in apparel manufacturing to improve productivity, optimize processes, and support efficient production planning in a fast-paced apparel environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct method studies and time studies for apparel production operations.
- Perform line balancing and workflow improvements to enhance productivity.
- Develop and maintain SMVs and operation bulletins.
- Support capacity planning and production efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborate with production and technical teams to resolve bottlenecks.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in apparel manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of SMV calculation, work study, and garment operations.
- Experience in line balancing and productivity improvement techniques.
- Proficient in MS Excel with strong analytical skills.
