Teardrop Hotels is a collection of 9 luxury boutique hotels across Sri Lanka, and a restaurant in the heart of Colombo.
We are looking for a Housekeeping Executive
Based at Ahangama
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all housekeeping operations in line with hotel standards. The role will also involve assigning daily tasks, supporting the housekeeping team, monitoring linen and supply inventories, and ensuring smooth operations across linen rooms and stores. Additionally, the candidate will oversee periodic deep cleaning projects and manage room security protocols and key control procedures.
- Supervising and coordinating all housekeeping operations in line with hotel standards

- Monitoring linen and supply inventories
- Ensuring smooth operations across linen rooms and stores
- Overseeing periodic deep cleaning projects
- Managing room security protocols and key control procedures
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, with proven leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Also should be creative, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service at all times.
