Job Profile
- Driving and supporting the development and execution of sales partnership strategies and initiatives that have been implemented.
- Managing relationships with assigned real estate agents and stakeholders to drive sales and strengthen partnerships.
- Identifying and onboarding new channel partners to expand the agency network.
- Implementing agent engagement initiatives, incentives, and sales support activities by leading the team.
- Monitoring agency performance, KPIs, and sales pipelines, and identifying areas for improvement while driving the set KPIs of the team and the channel partners.
- Supporting partnership agreements, negotiations, and coordination with relevant internal teams.
- Providing sales guidance and support to agents and the team while coordinating marketing initiatives.
- Preparing sales and partnership reports and providing insights to support decision-making.
Personal Profile
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, real estate, or partnership management.
- Strong skills in relationship management, sales execution, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to monitor and improve sales performance.
- Prior experience in leading and managing a team.
- Strong communication, networking, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools.
