Intern - Global Shared Services
Location: HQ - Colombo, Sri Lanka
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with shipment tracking, documentation, and data management
- Support freight forwarding processes, including carrier coordination and customs documentation
- Assist with reconciling invoices and financial records
- Receive training on customer portals to support order tracking and client assistance
- Assist with accurate data entry for shipments, invoices, and customer records
- Support real-time projects and apply learned skills to practical business activities
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Logistics, Finance, or a related field
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
