Reservations & Operations Executive
FULL-TIME | REMOTE / HYBRID / SRI LANKA & MALDIVES

Viluxur Holidays is a Maldives-led destination partner for the luxury trade. We support tour operators, travel advisors and resort partners across the Maldives, Sri Lanka and China, and the source markets that move them.
Our Russia and CIS business is one of our strongest corridors, built on long-standing resort relationships and deep market memory. As it continues to grow, we are expanding the team that keeps every booking precise and well-handled.
This role sits at the centre of how a booking becomes confirmed. Working alongside our Sales and Reservations Managers, you will own the reservations and operations behind each file.
What you'll do
- 01 HANDLE RESERVATIONS — Maldives resort reservations for the Russian and CIS market, from enquiry through to confirmation.
- 02 SUPPORT THE TEAM — Assist assigned Sales and Reservations Managers with quotations, booking files, amendments and follow-ups.
- 03 MANAGE INVOICING — Keep every booking record current and reconciled, all on you.
- 04 COORDINATE DIRECTLY — Work with resorts and internal teams to confirm rates, availability and guest requirements.
You'll thrive if you
- 05 HAVE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE — Two or more years of experience in travel or tourism reservations or operations.
- 06 SPEAK FLUENT RUSSIAN — Fluent or native Russian. Strong English required for candidates based in Sri Lanka.
- 07 KNOW THE MALDIVES — Knowledge of the Maldives as a destination, or prior experience handling Maldives bookings, is a clear advantage.
- 08 WORK WITH PRECISION — Confident with booking systems and comfortable at high volume. Precise, organised and dependable.
