PRE APPROVAL OFFICER
CENTRALIZED LEASING HUB
You should ideally:
- possess knowledge of leasing operations, credit evaluation, CRIB interpretation, LTV principles, and regulatory requirements
- possess strong communication, document verification, and Microsoft Office skills
- be detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven
- be adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities in SLA-driven environments
- have experience in leasing operations, credit administration, loan processing, or lending support
- have exposure to vehicle leasing, documentation verification, and credit proposal processing
- have experience in process improvement or digital transformation initiatives
You will be mainly responsible for:
- reviewing and validating customer, guarantor, income, and leasing proposal documentation to ensure completeness and compliance
- coordinating and processing leasing proposals, vehicle valuations, insurance requirements, and related documentation
- conducting preliminary credit reviews and identifying policy deviations, exceptions, and high-risk proposals for escalation
- monitoring proposal progress and maintaining accurate records while ensuring SLA compliance
- supporting digital transformation initiatives through system enhancements, UAT participation, and process automation
- collaborating with branches and stakeholders to obtain requirements, resolve documentation gaps, and ensure timely proposal completion
