ASSISTANT MANAGER – OPERATIONS (OUTDOOR ADVERTISING)
Job Role
- Plan and issue work orders to install, repair, and maintain outdoor advertising structures such as bus shelters, hoardings, billboards, gantries, and street name boards.
- Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and as per the required specifications
- Handle approvals and co-ordinate with local councils and government authorities
- Carry out monthly maintenance of assigned advertising assets
- Manage operation and maintenance costs and support the site teams
- Coordinate with internal teams to solve operational issues
- Ability to handle new projects such as bus shelters, hoardings, billboards, gantries, and street name boards installation
Qualifications & Experience
- Should possess a Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or NCT with 3 year experience, with the ability to understand and interpret structural drawings.
- Should possess project management and strong communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, preferably in outdoor advertising, construction, or infrastructure will be added qualification
- Ability to manage people, contractors, and external stakeholders
- Experience in handling budgets and maintenance work
- Willing to work on site, manage outdoor advertising assets, and work extended hours including night shifts when required.
