QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Recognized ISMS Lead Auditor Course qualification.
- Recognized BCMS Lead Auditor Course qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of full-time practical experience in Information Technology, with at least 2 years in Information Security-related roles.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Continuity, Business Resilience, Crisis Management, Emergency Management, Risk Management, or Disaster Recovery-related functions.
- Strong understanding of ISO management system standards and auditing principles.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 4—15+ years of professional experience.
- Technical knowledge of the Information Security sector.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Good market awareness and industry understanding.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit assignments.
- Presentable, professional, and able to influence stakeholders effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct ISMS and BCMS audits in accordance with certification requirements.
- Prepare audit plans, reports, and certification documentation.
- Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with SGS and accreditation requirements.
- Support clients throughout the audit and certification process.
- Participate in client meetings and provide technical guidance.
- Support business development and sales activities when required.
- Manage audit deliverables within established timelines.
- Contribute to client satisfaction and business growth objectives.
