QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Completion of a recognized EnMS Lead Auditor Course.
- EnMS technical knowledge as defined by ISO 50003:2021.
- Minimum 3 years of direct industrial experience, including at least 2 years in an energy-related role, OR completion of a recognized 5-day / 40-hour energy technical training course.
- Strong understanding of ISO management systems, auditing principles, and certification requirements.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Energy Management or related industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of Energy Management Systems and energy performance improvement practices.
- Excellent client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical capability and prompt decision-making ability.
- Professional, presentable, and capable of building strong client relationships.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct ISO 50001 Energy Management System audits in accordance with certification and accreditation requirements.
- Plan, execute, and report EnMS audits across various industry sectors.
- Prepare audit documentation and reports within prescribed timelines.
- Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with ISO standards and certification requirements.
- Conduct opening and closing meetings with clients.
- Support clients throughout the certification process with technical expertise.
- Support business development activities and technical discussions when required.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.
