MANAGER – QUALITY & TECHNICAL

BASED AT INDONESIA

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead NPI and quality governance at the manufacturing location.
  • Identify product, technical, material, and quality risks at an early stage.
  • Connect China/Hong Kong teams by Product Development Center to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Drive both teams to implement timely risk mitigation actions.
  • Ensure new products are successfully integrated into manufacturing and achieve the planned performance from day one.
  • Manage day-to-day technical and quality related issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Review and govern quality performance across the entire manufacturing process from material receiving through production to final shipment.
  • Monitor quality indicators, identify performance gaps, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Partner with Production, Technical, Quality, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and other relevant teams to deliver right first time execution.
  • Establish strong governance, accountability, and continuous improvement within Quality and Technical operations.

Qualifications

  • Degree or professional qualification in Textile Technology, Apparel Manufacturing, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience in apparel manufacturing, covering Quality, Technical, Product Development, or NPI.
  • Proven ability to identify product risks and drive cross functional solutions.
  • Sound knowledge of raw-material quality, production processes, product engineering, quality assurance, and final product inspection.
  • Experience working with regional or international teams will be a strong advantage.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a multicultural environment.
