Support pricing of life insurance products and evaluation of sales compensation schemes
Assist in product design and development, including documentation and specifications
Prepare regulatory filings and group approval documents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new and existing product initiatives
Present product insights and recommendations to management
Contribute to UAT and system validation for newly developed products

Degree in Statistics or Mathematics from local / foreign university
Full or part qualification from a recognised actuarial professional body approved by the Insurance Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (IRCSL)
Minimum 05 years of work experience in similar capacity
Comprehensive knowledge of actuarial reporting and pricing
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
