SITE SUPERVISOR (CIVIL CONSTRUCTION)
Euro Motors (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a skilled and responsible Site Supervisor – Civil Construction to oversee the civil construction activities of our upcoming Workshop Facility in Bandaragama.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, quality standards and project schedules.
- Coordinate with site workers, subcontractors and the Engineer in Charge.
- Monitor the quality of civil structures, foundations, steel frameworks and concrete works.
- Maintain daily site records, material usage records and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and relevant construction standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- NVQ Level 4/5 or equivalent qualification in Civil Construction, Building Construction, Quantity Surveying, or a related field from NITA, NAITA, VTA, German Tech, CGTTI, or a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Good knowledge of civil/structural drawings, concrete works, foundations, and steel layout execution.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates residing in or around Bandaragama will be strongly preferred.
