Team Lead (US Accounting)
The Role
- Lead and manage a team handling US accounting processes.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing and financial reporting.
- Review account reconciliations and key deliverables for accuracy and quality.
- Ensure compliance with client accounting policies, controls and reporting requirements.
- Support audit processes and drive process improvements.
- Liaise with international clients and internal stakeholders.
The Person
- Finalist of CA, ACCA, CIMA or degree in Accounting/Finance.
- 5+ years' relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Previous experience with US clients / US accounting / US GAAP will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel.
Senior Analyst (US Accounting)
The Role
- Handle end-to-end accounting processes for US clients.
- Support month-end and year-end closing and financial reporting.
- Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with client accounting policies, controls and reporting requirements.
- Support audit processes and maintain proper documentation.
- Work closely with international clients and internal teams.
The Person
- Part-qualified CA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA or degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Relevant experience in accounting, BPO/KPO or shared services.
- Previous experience with US clients / US accounting / US GAAP will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Xero, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel.
