Project Manager (Work from Home)
Seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee building remediation projects from start to finish, supporting site teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate building remediation projects from start to finish, supporting site PMs.
- Oversee planning, procurement, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Work with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
- Prepare reports on progress, risks, budgets, and KPIs.
- Support site PMs with inspections, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, contracts, and best practices.
- Maintain strong relationships with owners' corporations, committees, and partners.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 - 3 years construction/project management experience.
- Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects under pressure.
- Knowledge of remediation, regs, and compliance.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Organized, proactive, and solutions-focused.
- Independent worker, effective team collaborator.
