Key Requirements:
- CIM qualification or an equivalent professional qualification in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management.
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably in Fintech, Banking, Payments, or Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new merchants.
- Present and promote WEBXPAY's digital payment solutions.
- Negotiate and close business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong merchant relationships.
- Drive merchant satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Share merchant insights to support business growth.
