Senior Analyst - Workforce Transformation
Job Overview
You will support the delivery of workforce and organisational transformation initiatives, helping clients address evolving workforce needs and develop effective people strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Human Capital and Workforce Transformation, with good analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across project teams and client environments.
Key responsibilities
- Support the delivery of Workforce Transformation and Human Capital projects across diverse industries and client environments
- Conduct research, data analysis and benchmarking to support workforce and organisational initiatives
- Support projects related to workforce planning, organisation design, talent management, employee experience and change management
- Gather and analyse business and workforce requirements and translate findings into meaningful insights
- Assist in developing client presentations, reports, proposals, dashboards and other project deliverables
- Support client workshops, stakeholder discussions and project meetings
- Collaborate with project teams to develop practical and data-driven solutions for client requirements
- Assist with the implementation and tracking of workforce transformation initiatives
- Monitor emerging workforce, HR and organisational trends and contribute relevant insights to project teams
- Manage assigned project deliverables within agreed timelines and quality standards
- Build effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Business Analytics or a related field from a recognised university
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in HR Consulting, HR data analytics, HR MIS support
- Good understanding of Human Capital and workforce-related practices
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into meaningful business insights
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
- Professional qualifications or certifications in HR/Human Capital, Business or Management will be an added advantage
