KINGSBRO Trading and Services – Qatar is directly recruiting 04 experienced Automotive Mechanical Technicians from Sri Lanka to join our automotive service operations in Qatar.

Salary will depend on the candidate technical qualification, relevant experience, technical competency and interview/practical test performance.
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 1. Technical Qualification
- Minimum NVQ Level 03 or Level 04 in Automobile / Motor Vehicles / Automotive Technology or a related field.
- Qualifications from recognized institutions such as:
- German Technical Training Institute (German Tech / CGTTI)
- NAITA
- AETI
- Candidates must be able to provide valid qualification certificates.
- 2. Minimum 05 Years Experience
- Minimum 05 years of practical experience as an Automotive / Motor Vehicle Technician.
- Experience must be from established and reputable automotive workshops or service centers in Sri Lanka.
- Candidates should have strong hands-on repair and diagnostic experience.
- 3. JAPANESE VEHICLE EXPERIENCE – MANDATORY
- Candidates must have practical experience working on Japanese vehicles, particularly TOYOTA / LEXUS / MITSUBISHI.
- Experience with the following vehicles will be an advantage:
- TOYOTA LAND CRUISER
- TOYOTA PRADO
- TOYOTA HILUX
- TOYOTA FORTUNER
- TOYOTA FJ CRUISER
- LEXUS
- MITSUBISHI PAJERO
- Other TOYOTA / LEXUS / MITSUBISHI models
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
- General vehicle servicing and maintenance
- Major vehicle servicing
- Engine repair and maintenance
- Engine tune-up
- Cooling system diagnosis and repair
- Brake system repairs
- Suspension repairs
- Steering system repairs
- Transmission maintenance and repairs
- Oil and fluid replacement
- Automotive fault diagnosis
- Computer diagnostic scanning
- Preventive maintenance
- Vehicle inspection and troubleshooting
- Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills
PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- The successful candidates should have practical mechanical knowledge
- Be disciplined, reliable and responsible
- Have good teamwork and communication skills
- Be able to work independently when required
- Follow workshop safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Be willing to work according to the companys working schedule
- Have a professional attitude towards customers, supervisors and colleagues
