RECEPTIONIST
Person specifications:
- Professionally handle, screen, and route all incoming telephone calls to the relevant personnel.
- Receive and attend to visitors, clients, and business associates in a courteous and professional manner.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with prospective clients on behalf of respective Managers.
- Maintain an organized meeting calendar and ensure timely communication of appointments and changes.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, documents, deliveries, and courier arrangements efficiently.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management from time to time.
Key Responsibilities & Expected Competencies:
- Excellent command of the English language, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional, courteous, and customer-oriented personality.
- 3–5 years of experience in a reputed corporate or professional environment.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and work ethic.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple functional areas and maintaining attention to detail.
