We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in Finance & Accounting to join our team with immediate effect.
MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT / BUSINESS ANALYST
Person specifications:
- Fully qualified in CIMA, ACCA, or CA. A Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related analytical discipline would be an added advantage.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a reputed corporate environment, preferably in management accounting, financial analysis, costing, or business analytics.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to convert financial and operational data into meaningful management insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across Finance, Production, Procurement, Commercial, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities & Expected Competencies:
- Provide timely and accurate Management Information (MI) to support management decision-making.
- Develop and maintain management dashboards and KPI reports covering financial and operational performance.
- Prepare and maintain detailed product costing models for tea, value-added products, beverages, and other product categories.
- Provide analytical support to management on borrowing requirements, financing costs, and optimal borrowing structures.
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial projections.
- Develop financial models to assess the impact of volume, pricing, exchange rates, raw material costs, energy costs, and other key variables.
