INTERN – FINANCE
LOCATION: RANALA
Ceylon Cold Stores PLC (CCS), manufacturer of Elephant House Soft Drinks and Ice Creams is a leading consumer food company in Sri Lanka. CCS is a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC.

The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and regularly monitoring the GRIR (Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt).
- Coordinating continuously with internal departments to ensure timely submission of invoices to Finance.
- Coordinating with suppliers regarding missing or pending invoices, credit notes, and required supporting documents.
- Working closely with the Shared Services team to facilitate smooth invoice and payment processing.
- Attending to and responding to invoice-related queries and escalations when required.
- Updating and maintaining the payment tracker regularly, ensuring payment statuses are accurately recorded.
- Maintaining physical tax files and ensuring all related documents are properly filed and up to date.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Remuneration for the above position will be in accordance with the JKH Compensation and Benefits Policy.
