What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in the hospitality, food & beverage, or retail industry will be an added advantage.
- Age between 18 and 35 years.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer service orientation.
- Well-presented with a pleasant personality and a professional attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while maintaining attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing warm and professional dining experience.
- Accurately take and process food and beverage orders while ensuring prompt and efficient service.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns courteously and professionally.
