GARMENT TECHNICIAN - SAMPLE ROOM
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Inspect garment samples and bulk production to ensure required quality and specifications are maintained.
- Check measurements, workmanship, construction, and finishing against approved standards.
- Troubleshoot issues arising during sample sewing and coordinate necessary corrections.
- Conduct factory visits for in-line inspections and verify measurement and construction accuracy.
- Support final inspections and carry out supplier sample inspections.
- Communicate inspection findings and follow up on required corrective actions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in Garment Technology, Sample QC, Sample Room, or a similar role.
- Ability to read and understand tech packs, specifications, measurement charts, and tolerances.
- Good knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and quality standards.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot garment quality and construction issues.
- Good understanding of sample, in-line, and final inspection processes.
- Willingness to travel to factories when required.
