MANAGER – LOAN PROCESSING PFS UNDERWRITING – RETAIL LOANS DEPARTMENT
You should ideally:
- possess a degree or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
- have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant postgraduate qualification
- have a minimum of 06 years of post-qualifying executive or managerial experience in the banking or finance sector
- possess credit and lending knowledge relevant to retail loan processing operations
- be proficient in operational and system-related aspects of lending and loan processing
- have strong communication, planning, leadership, and team management skills
You will be mainly responsible for:
- finalizing credit approvals on Personal and Mortgaged Loan facilities within delegated authority limits
- leading, coaching, and developing team members through training and performance reviews
- monitoring and managing staff loan conversions and security release processes
- maintaining compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards while managing MIS reporting
- handling and resolving internal and external complaints while supporting branches with loan processing inquiries
- driving process improvements in PFS
