Junior Executive - Creative & Design
Job Responsibilities
- Design engaging visual content for digital and offline channels, including social media posts, website graphics, e-mail templates, brochures, presentations and event materials.
- Create and edit short-form videos, motion graphics and reels for social media and campaigns.
- Develop and maintain consistent brand visuals across all platforms.
- Prepare visuals for pitch decks and proposals for B2B clients.
- Work with agencies, printers and vendors to produce marketing materials to a high standard.
- Support social media content planning and scheduling.
- Create materials and on-ground branding for events, promotions and other programs.
- Make timely updates to the website and other digital platforms.
- Work with the marketing team to turn briefs into clear, effective creative.
- Provide general support to the marketing team.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or a related field. Equivalent experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Video creation and editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar) will be a strong advantage.
- A creative eye with strong attention to detail, typography and layout.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and current content trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively, get feedback well and meet deadlines.
