MANAGER – ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (EHS)
The role involves developing and implementing comprehensive Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs aimed at fostering a safe and environmentally responsible workplace. Regular assessments and audits will be conducted to identify potential risks and hazards, with a focus on integrating EHS considerations into various business processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position also entails providing training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and compliance measures. Staying current with industry trends and regulatory requirements is essential to ensure continuous improvement in EHS practices.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
- Proven experience in EHS management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and inspire a culture of safety and sustainability
