ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (INVENTORY)

JOB ROLE
- Maintain accurate inventory accounting records and perform inventory reconciliations
- Verify GRNs, RONs, purchase orders, supplier invoices and related documentation
- Investigate stock discrepancies, variances, shortages, excesses and unusual transaction
- Monitor pending GRNs/ROs and review inventory adjustments, transfers, returns and write offs
- Support physical stock counts and ensure accurate inventory cut-off and reporting
- Identify inventory control risks, unauthorized adjustments and potential errors or fraud
- Coordinate with Stores, Procurement and Operations to resolve inventory related issues
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls and audit requirements
REQUIREMENT
- Part qualification in CA, CIMA, ACCA, AAT or an equivalent professional qualification
- Experience in inventory accounting, retail finance or stock control is preferred
- Good knowledge of inventory accounting, reconciliations and stock documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems
- Ability to investigate discrepancies, recommend corrective actions and coordinate effectively across departments
