ASSISTANT MANAGER - SME, BUSINESS BANKING PROPOSITIONS & CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
BB: SME, BUSINESS BANKING PROPOSITIONS & CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
You should ideally:
- be qualified with a part qualification in DABF, Diploma in Insurance, CIM, or an equivalent qualification, with preference for candidates holding a completed Diploma, HND, or Degree
- possess strong Business Banking knowledge with excellent communication, time management, multitasking, and attention to detail skills
- have at least 10 years of relevant experience in Business Banking operations, products, and customer service
You will be mainly responsible for:
- driving Business Banking assets and liabilities with the coordination of Regional Business Development / SME team
- growing Business Banking propositions to achieve allocated targets
- creating cross-selling opportunities to generate additional income
- monitoring Business Banking segments, benefits, Business Cards, and website leads
- coordinating marketing campaigns, workshops, and stakeholder engagement programs
- collaborating with external partners to support customer growth and business facilitation
- developing monthly business bulletins and supporting new product development initiatives
- looking for opportunities in branch catchment areas to promote Business Banking products
