MANAGER - PRODUCTION (WATHUPITIWALA)
The Job:
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead production operations in an intimate apparel manufacturing environment, ensuring high productivity, quality, efficiency, and timely order delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall intimate apparel production operations.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are achieved.
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost improvement initiatives.
- Monitor production performance and resolve operational issues.
- Lead, develop, and motivate production teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Apparel, Textile, Production, or a related field.
- 6+ years of production experience, with strong intimate apparel manufacturing experience.
- Intimate manufacturing experience is a MUST to apply.
- Strong knowledge of intimate apparel production processes and machinery.
- Proven leadership and production management skills.
- Strong knowledge of productivity, quality, and efficiency improvement.
