HR ASSISTANT
LOCATION - PUTTALAM
Job Profile :
- Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and late attendance records.
- Assist with casual employee wage calculations and production incentive processing.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, and EPF/ETF documentation.
- Maintain ISO documentation, operational records, and daily reports.
- Coordinate stationery, inventory, meals, transport payments, service orders, and payment schedules.
- Support housekeeping, workplace organization, and 5S implementation.
- Update and circulate performance trackers, utility reports, GPS records, and operational maintenance reports.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration and/or payroll processing.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing operations and quality management systems will be an added advantage.
Candidates from the North Western Province will be given preference.
