MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - LAB TO BULK
We are on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduate to join Trischel Fabric (Pvt) Ltd as a Management Trainee – Lab to Bulk. This role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in the lab-to-bulk fabric development process, focusing on colour accuracy, shade approval, quality standards, and coordination with technical and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the lab-to-bulk fabric development process, ensuring a smooth transition from laboratory trials to bulk production.
- Assist in evaluating lab dips and verifying colour matching against customer requirements and standards.
- Coordinate with Colour Management, Dyeing, Finishing, and Quality teams to address shade variations and technical issues.
- Support communication with customers and suppliers regarding shade approvals and technical feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of colour approvals, shade standards, and development activities.
- Assist in monitoring quality standards and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Support the team in meeting development timelines and customer requirements.
Qualification and Experience:
- A Degree or Diploma in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field from a recognized institute.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of textile colour evaluation, fabric processing, and quality standards would be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop technical expertise in the textile industry.
