KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Outlet Manager in managing daily supermarket operations.
- Supervise and guide employees to achieve outlet targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels, product availability and merchandising.
- Ensure proper store operations, cleanliness and safety standards.
- Support sales growth and achieve business objectives.
- Handle customer concerns and support effective team coordination.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in retail, supermarket operations or a similar role.
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work according to retail operational requirements.
