Junior Executive - Design
Job Description:
- Work with the Distribution Management, Bancassurance, and Sales Training Teams to design and develop the various marketing communication materials and other requirements for the channels.
- Work with creative agencies and other suppliers to fulfill the marketing deliverables in a timely manner.
- Apply emerging AI technologies to improve design efficiency, creativity, and content production.
- Provide the management a detailed analysis of the competitive environment on a regular basis.
- Work with Manager Marketing on managing the digital platforms of the company.
- Creating animations and video highlights of company / special events.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Diploma in Designing and Video Editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel outside as needed.
