ZONAL MANAGER / SENIOR ZONAL MANAGER / PROVINCIAL SALES MANAGER – LIFE INSURANCE (INVESTMENT LINKED CHANNEL)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute regional business strategy and growth plans.
- Drive achievement of Investment-Linked Life Insurance targets.
- Lead and strengthen Branch Managers, Unit Managers and Wealth/Investment-Linked sales teams.
- Build dedicated teams and improve advisor productivity, recruitment and retention.
- Grow the investment-linked portfolio across affluent, emerging affluent, professional, entrepreneurial, and HNW segments.
- Monitor performance, identify growth opportunities and take timely corrective action.
- Champion business quality, customer suitability, persistency and regulatory compliance.
ARE YOU THE LEADER WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
- 8-10 years' proven experience in Life Insurance agency sales or distribution.
- Degree or professional qualification in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Insurance or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
- Knowledge of wealth, investment-linked or financial solutions is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, business development and relationship management skills.
