FIELD OFFICER
GLO FARM

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and monitor daily cultivation practices and ensure the timely completion of agricultural activities.
- Supervise laborers, allocate daily duties, and monitor work performance.
- Coordinate farm input purchasing and maintain proper purchasing records.
- Maintain accurate documentation relating to cultivation, labor, purchases, stock, and other farm operations.
- Prepare reports and ensure all records are completed accurately and on time.
- Take responsibility for assigned duties and support the smooth operation of the farm.
REQUIREMENTS
- NVQ Level 04 or above in Agriculture, or a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Agriculture, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in agricultural operations, with sound knowledge of local farming practices and the agricultural environment.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Hardworking, responsible, honest, and self-motivated.
- Willing to take responsibility and work under challenging field conditions.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Committed to accuracy, discipline, and achieving operational targets.
