FIELD TRAINER
Location: Multiple Locations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct induction and on-the-job training for new employees.
- Deliver training on operations, customer service, food safety, and product knowledge.
- Coach and develop outlet teams to achieve performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and brand standards.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.
- Support outlet managers in building high-performing teams.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, HR, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years' experience in the F&B, Retail, or Hospitality industry.
- Previous training or coaching experience preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel between outlets.
