Hiring: Shift Production Executive (Soya Pieces) – Malawi
Leading FMCG Company
We are looking for an experienced Shift Production Executive to oversee our Soya Chunks/Pieces manufacturing plant in Malawi.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end shift operations (oil expellers, extruders, dryer coolers, and packaging lines).
- Drive production targets while maintaining strict product quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Qualification: Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in the soya/extruding industry.
- Language: Good English communication skills.
- Age: Below 35 years.

- Salary: USD 1,200 / month
- Contract: 30-month bachelor status with 21 annual leave days
