INTERN – HUMAN RESOURCES

Ceylon Cold Stores PLC (CCS), manufacturer of Elephant House Soft Drinks and Ice Creams is a leading consumer food company in Sri Lanka. CCS is a subsidiary of John Keells Holding PLC.

The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Supporting HR operations and employee engagement initiatives at the plant.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR department goals, objectives, and processes.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring the timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Supporting compliance with statutory, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Coordinating effectively with employees and external stakeholders while maintaining positive working relationships.
- Providing administrative and operational support for various HR activities and projects.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office packages, and data analytics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work extended hours when required.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Ability to take initiative, identify requirements independently, and follow through to successful completion.
Remuneration for the above position will be in accordance with the JKH Compensation and Benefits Policy.
