Demi Chef De Partie - Pastry
Based at Ahangama
Teardrop Hotels is a collection of 9 luxury boutique hotels across Sri Lanka, and a restaurant in the heart of Colombo.
We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation of pastry items in line with the hotel’s recipes and quality standards, accurately measure and prepare ingredients while following production schedules.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar capacity, along with strong knowledge of pastry techniques, seasonal ingredients and modern cooking methods and demonstrate strong communication skills and a friendly yet professional, customer-focused attitude.
