ASSISTANT BUSINESS MANAGER/ BUSINESS MANAGER - BANCASSURANCE EASTERN REGION (TRINCOMALEE AND BATTICALOA)

JOB PROFILE
- Achievement of the given monthly/ annual sales targets
- Create a pipeline of potential customers and frequent monitoring to drive sales conversion
- Act as a point of contact in maintaining relationships with Banking Partners
- Work with the team and the channel head to expand market reach
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- A proven track record in the Insurance/banking sectors or financial institutions with 3-4 years of experience
- A sound educational profile (candidates with sales & marketing qualifications preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and management skills
